WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?


Of course, if you work out at a gym, you’re all set already! However if you are HOME users we recommened dumbbells (select a weights) this way you can adjust your weight for more heavy lifting days, pull up assitance resistance bands, loop resistance bands, something to lay on like a bench or physioball, physioball, something sturdy to set u on like a plyo box, bench or stepper and a pull-up bar.




WILL I KNOW WHAT TO DO EACH DAY?


Yep. We take the guesswork out of training for you. You will have access to your training plan whihc has your calender set up for what to do each day. Training is broken down for you letting you know how many stes, reps and or time. You’ll know “exactly what to do in every workout for the next 90 days.




I'M VEGETARIAN, CAN I USE THE MEAL PROVIDED?


Definitely! The meal plan are adaptive and flexible to most lifestyles. With the meal plans provided, you will find it easy to swap in your favorite vegetarian alternatives without skipping a meal.




HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM?

I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I USE THIS PROGRAM?


Yes. although there will no modifications listed for moves, a vast majority of the exercises are simple enough for the average person. With coach Nardia guiding the way,you can reach out any time and ask question regarding the workouts.




WILL I LOSE ACCESS TO WORKOUTS?


You will always have access to the program you purchased for the length of time of the program. PDF version is available to download.Once training is completed you well lose access to app so be sure to download your pdf version of workout.
