However if you are HOME users we recommened dumbbells (select a weights) this way you can adjust your weight for more heavy lifting days, pull up assitance resistance bands, loop resistance bands, something to lay on like a bench or physioball, physioball, something sturdy to set u on like a plyo box, bench or stepper and a pull-up bar.
