The BodyLab #GETUPNATION is a fitness training studio, that offers personal training and small group personal training.We offer functional and practical training in small group classes, personalized training sessions, online personal training, nutritional guidance, and online coaching. It's a fun and friendly space where you can come and train in a comfortable atmosphere. We encourage you to attend a class - in person or online. We believe in individualized training method where every workout is tailored specifically to each individual client's needs. I train my clients by using the optimal performance training system. Every client is progressing gradually and effectively from the ground up, making sure they developed a solid foundation to build on before progress into a more advanced phase of training.

Together we'll work toward reshaping your day to day routine to get you living the lifestyle you've always wanted. We also provide online fitness challenges, fitness & nutrition tips and live motivational workouts via BodyLabTV. Workouts vary in style and technique: Home or Gym training, HIIT, circuit bodyweight, weights, plyometrics and more.  We have quickie 5 min workouts to 1 hr full body ultimate sessions. Nardia a mother of 3, combat Army Veteran, trainer, and fitness influencer. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I will get you inspired and help you reach your fitness goal. My main training methods are HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and functional fitness which will both challenge you.

 

I have always had a passion for fitness and have been a natural motivator encouraging others to attain their personal fitness goals. I started fitness as a child and kept it up throughout my life and continued that throughout my Army years, training hundreds of soldiers. Since then I have helped many others (online or in-person) throughout the past years reach their fitness goals and I look forward to assisting you.

 

I have worked with and train many Military service members, law enforcement officers, and just your average everyday person looking to improve their quality of life.
