Back in 2010, Nardia helped Michelle lose 85 lbs naturally. Since then she has gain 82.5 lbs back. Her weight gain began initially after marriage and the went up after pregnancy where she had gained back approximately 40lbs and since then an additional 40lbs. he has made efforts to lose weight after pregnancy but did not stick with it. Michelle is back for the third (3rd) time since having her son Kiy in 2014 to lose weight, get fit and live a healthier lifestyle.
