You will have complete access to our training App, where you will be able to track your progress. You can access the software & app anytime, anywhere from any device! You will see your training plan and be able to log your workouts, nutrition, and upload progress photos, making it easy for us to track your achievements. Online coaching is not online personal training. Online coaching is where a training plan is designed specifically for you. And although it's an online training, I keep up with my client's daily basis. You will not be alone during your fitness journey.
PAYMENTS ARE BILLED MONTHLY AUTOMATICALLY. Should you need to discontinue training a 30 days notice is required.
