I've combined some of my best HOME FAT LOSS WORKOUTS - cardio and strength workouts to shed inches and pound over the next 30 days.

The program combines high-intensity interval training, strength training, cardio, and recovery time to help you maximize the amount of fat your body burns both during and after your workout. Feel free to adjust the schedule to meet your personal needs (for example, change your rest days, but be sure to REST or reduce the number of weekly workouts if you're a fitness newbie).
