Hi, I am Nardia, your new coach, trainer, and mother of 3 (plus one on the way). I played sports throughout high school. After joining the Army at age 17 and later moving up the ranks to be able to train Soldiers for combat and physical readiness, I discovered I had and a passion for fitness. When I left the Army, I started helping others lose weight and get into shape to help.  It took those people that I helped and a few close friends for me to realize that my true passion, genetic potential, and the personal drive was becoming a trainer and coach. I have competed in figure competitions, coaching athletic sports, trained service members and law enforcement prepare for academies, and required physical fitness tests. I have also helped thousands of people (mostly women) online throughout the world to reach and maintain their fitness goals. Today, I continue that focus on coaching and inspiring others.

Throughout that time, I  became pregnant a few times and currently pregnant with my 4th child. I know the importance of exercise during pregnancy. I rely on my own experience, research, and expertise to create a safe and effective prenatal training program for myself. Now I am sharing that program with you. I have made a few modifications to best suit each pregnant mommas and help you stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy. However, it is highly recommended to check with your doctor before participating in any physical activity.
