This is a 12 week training plan geared towards you and your fitness goal.  You will receive a customized training. Training  includes an instructional video for each exercise. We will keep track of your workouts, fitness goals and more. Periodical check in's to ensure that you are on the right path to achieving your fitness goals. Choose your coach Osi or Nardia.

Workout plan through The BodyLab App

Two, 15mins Video calls each month
