The BodyLab classes are designed using a variety of training techniques. Our main training style is high intesity interval training. The point of high-intensity training is to boost up the intensity of your cardio to target fat loss. You’ll need to push yourself to the max during every set - to burn the maximum calories in a minimum amount of time.


Hi all and Welcome #GETUPNATION LIVE! virtual group fitness classes.  I am excited to coach and help you get fit and stay fit each. Classes are fun interactive (face to face via video calls). I am able to see you address any form, give modifications and you'll be able to build new relationships with others in the class. 


  • Tight & Tone Total Body - NO CLASS SCHEDULED 

    • Total-Body strength and conditioning class based on using a variety of circuit or interval training. T & T will push you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and more efficient metabolism.

  • Pregnancy Power -NO CLASS SCHEDULED

    • Staying fit when you are pregnant can be tricky. These classes provide safe, feel-good exercises that will keep you active – even with a baby on board!​ All great class for beginners


  • a pair of dumbbells ( 2 pairs ideal light & heavy set)

  • stability ball (optional)

  • loop resistance bands (optional but highly recommended)
